Homayar (Homer) Gandhi
Founding Partner
Homayar has been a serial entrepreneur since 1991, and a real estate investor since 2018. Has successfully launched and built technology, health & wellness businesses in India and USA. Analytical, methodical and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with the ability to motivate people around him.
Homayar holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Statistics. He has held leadership positions in various community non-profit organizations.
Lives in Orange County, CA with his wife.
Ruzbeh Daruwalla
Founding Partner
Ruzbeh is an experienced, accomplished financial & accounting executive. He has worked for many leading, high-profile companies and is proven in managing accounting and financial operations.
Ruzbeh holds Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) professional certifications. He has also held leadership positions at various professional and nonprofit organizations- Advisory Chair at The SEC Professionals Group, Board Member at Project Access.
Lives in Orange County, CA with his wife and 2 sons.

He brings an unparalleled wealth of expertise in finance, technology, digital solutions, people and project management. His forward-thinking mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, drive him to identify market opportunities, forge key partnerships, and implement cutting-edge solutions.
Manek has completed an executive MBA from Washington University in St Louis, MO, and is a Chartered Accountant. He has held many leadership positions with EY (Ernst & Young) and Wipro Technologies in India and USA. He lives with his wife and children in Orange County, CA.
Ash Patel
After spending 15 years in the corporate world and starting multiple businesses along the way, Commercial Real Estate changed the trajectory of Ash’s life. Upon purchasing his first mixed use building, he discovered the benefits of Commercial vs. Residential, and immediately embraced the benefits of non-residential Commercial Real Estate. The next 15 years would be spent purchasing, developing, and improving retail, warehouse, flex, office, industrial, land, mixed-use, medical, restaurants, etc., from vacant buildings to fully leased NNN properties. Ash’s unique style of finding and improving CRE, caught attention of like-minded men and women, nationwide.
He is a full time CRE investor, mentor, and managing partner of Invest Beyond Multifamily. Ash continues to speak at several industry events, and is a host for the longest running daily Real Estate podcast with over 2000 episodes. Ash is currently also involved in building an orphanage for underprivileged children in India. He lives with his wife and children in Cincinnati, OH.
